We offer private land semi-guided Whitetail hunts in zones 4 and 5. We currently have over 7,000
private acres of prime deer habitat. Hunt with a bow, shotgun or muzzle loader. We strictly limit the amount of hunting pressure on our land. You will always have an exclusive hunt area to yourself. 

The key to a successful Whitetail hunt in Iowa is largely influenced by access to the best hunting ground, hosting superior deer genetics, providing ample and proper nutrition and supporting a managed deer population. By combining your own skills as a hunter with good old-fashioned patience, and insight of the deer's habits and patterns, your odds for trophy success are greatly improved.

Land in Iowa is roughly 97% privately owned and is known for the abundance of mature deer and difficult to gain access to quality property without paying a lot of money. We offer you access to some of the best deer habitat Southern Iowa has to offer through self-guided hunts. Providing you with a unique opportunity to hunt without the high cost of being guided. This, in turn, gives you flexibility to hunt more your style and match wits with the elusive mature bucks that make Iowa their home.

The gentle rolling hills of Southern Iowa, combined with hardwood creek bottoms and cedar trees offer the cover required for our deer and turkey to grow old and big. Our land consists of creek bottoms, rolling hills, CRP fields, hardwoods and cedar draws. Crop fields consist of corn, soybean and alfalfa.

 Iowa is well known as one of the best states to hunt Whitetail deer. To begin with, Iowa has a good strain of Whitetail, now take into account the thousands of acres of corn, soybeans, alfalfa and other crops grown here in our hunting area. Then throw in all the wild forage, acorns, and supplemental food plots. Next add a good measure of habitat and cover. That is the formula for success. 

We offer a wide variety of hunts to accomodate all types of hunters. 

 There is no minimum number of hunters for archery or firearm deer hunts. Large parties are welcome if adequate property is available to meet your needs. We limit the number of hunters we take per year and always hold the quality of the hunt over of the quantity of hunters. You will always have an area to yourself, no crowding on our properties.
